摘　　要：[目的]总结老年骨折病人围术期下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的护理干预。[方法]对332例老年骨科病人在围术期做好观察评估、心理护理、健康教育、饮食指导、功能锻炼、体位、预防性抗凝治疗等措施,密切观察DVT的发生。[结果]10例经过血管彩色多普勒超声检查确诊DVT,及时采取相应措施,预后良好。[结论]对老年骨折病人围术期进行积极的护理干预,对减少深静脉血栓形成具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To summarize nursing intervention for senile fracture patients complicated with deep vein thrombosis（DVT） of lower limb in peroperative period.Method： A total of 332 senile fracture patients in orthopedics department in peroperative period were accepted observation and assessment,psychological nursing care,health education,diet guide,functional exercises,body position guide,and prophylactic anticoagulation.And the occurrence of DVT among them were observed.Results： Among all,only 10 cases were diagnosed as DVT by color Doppler ultrasound.And their prognosis was good by taking appropriate measures in time.Conclusion： Carrying out active nursing intervention for senile fracture patients has important clinical significance in peroperative period for reducing DVT.
