以社会学的视角看中国全运会的“东道主金牌峰现象”

摘　　要：基于为我国全运会的健康发展提供有用参考的主导思想,运用数据统计和逻辑推理等研究方法,在阐述了为什么"东道主金牌峰现象"假说成立的基础上,重点分析了全运会体育功能的政治目标置换、全运会体育功能的经济目标接轨、全运会发展所处的特殊历史时期等全运会中出现"东道主金牌峰现象"的主要原因,并且就如何保证全运会的健康发展问题,针对性地提出了如建立制度化的制度管理制度系统、树立法律规范的市场化建设目标、新规则制定应论证其正负面影响、把基础理论研究提到一个新高度等建议.Based on the healthy development of China＇s National ~ames,tms arncle prowues a useful ref- erence point of the dominant ideology, using statistics and research methods such as logical reasoning. We explain why the ＂host gold peak phenomenon＂ hypothesis is valid, based on the focus of analysis, such as the political goal of replacement sports function, the function of Sports Games integrating eco- nomic goals and the national games in the special historical period of development . Based on how to en- sure healthy development of the national games, we put forward the institutionalization of the system such as building management system, establishing the legal norms of the goal of market - orientation and the new rule- making should prove its positive and negative impacts, the basic theoretical research should be raised to a new height.
