三联疗法治疗重度环形混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨用三联疗法治疗重度环形混合痔的临床应用价值。方法将223例重度环形混合痔患者分为两组。治疗组113例,使用三联疗法;对照组110例,采用传统外剥内扎治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率87%。结论三联疗法具有创口小,疼痛轻,愈合快,并发症少等优点,三联疗法疗效明显优于传统外剥内扎术。Objective To discuss the clinic value of the triple therapy applied to the severe ring mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 223 cases of the severe ring mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups.The treatment group with triple therapy included 113 cases.The control group treated with traditional therapy,stripping the outer and tying the inner out,including 110 cases.Results The total efficacy of the treatment group was 96 percent,and the control group was 87 percent.Conclusion The advantages of the triple therapy include small wound,light pain,quick healing and few complications.Obviously,the efficacy on the triple therapy is better than the traditional therapy,stripping the outer and tying the inner out.
