摘 要:磁共振成像(MRI)是一种无损的可视化检测手段,其应用范围逐渐由医学影像领域扩展到工程领域.多孔介质断面孔隙度分析通常是将样品进行磨片处理后采用显微镜、扫描电镜成像等方法,但是这种方法会造成样品无法重复利用.本文采用玻璃砂作为多孔介质样品,应用MRI多断面快速扫描技术对样品进行了成像实验.获取了样品一系列扫描片层的骨架结构图像后,通过对图像亮度进行分析,得到了样品断面孔隙度的定量化结果.在不破坏样品的前提下对多孔介质断面孔隙结构实现了可视化,并且定量得到了断面孔隙度数据.通过与传统测量方法实验结果对比得到了较好的一致性,证明了MRI技术是一种新颖有效的、多孔介质断面孔隙度测量的手段.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is a kind of noninvasive visualization method and has been extended from medical imaging to engineering filed in recent years.Usually cross sectional porosity can be obtained by using microscopy or scanning electronic microscope(SEM) after the cross section of the sample is sliced.But these methods will make the samples non-reusable.We introduced MRI technique to the experiments on the porous media samples made of glass beads.A series of cross section images of glass beads packs were obtained and porosity of the samples was calculated through the analysis of the image intensity.Cross sectional visualization and quantitative porosity measurement of the porous media were achieved without any damage to the samples.It is shown that porosity results of MRI analysis are in good accordance with that of the traditional method.MRI technique was proved to be a novel and effective method for the measurement of cross sectional porosity of porous media
