摘 要:以稳定的核质杂种小麦为材料,通过田间直接观察和室内电导率测定,分析比较了不同异源细胞质对普通小麦苗期抗低温能力的影响。结果表明:田间直接观察与电导率测定具有一致性;不同细胞质对抗低温能力有不同影响;同一类型的不同细胞质其抗低温能力也有差异;在不同核背景下,同一细胞质表现出不同的抗低温能力;不同地理来源的同种细胞质其抗低温能力也有差异。Taking two sets of stable nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids as the materials, we had analyzed and compared the effects of alien cytoplasms on low temp- erature resistance.of common wheat by direct observation in field and elec- tric conductivity test in laboratory.The results are summarized as follows: 1.The results obtained from direct observation in field and electic cond- uctivity test in laboratory are identical. 2.Different cytoplasm has different effect on low tempereture resistance to wheat in the growth period of seedling. 3.There is diversity of low temperature resistance in different cytoplasms of the same type of cytoplasm. 4.The same cytoplasm shows different effect on low temperature resist- ance of different varieties of wheat. 5.The same type of cytoplasms which were collected from different regions have diverse effect on low temperature ressitance of wheat.
