摘　　要：在工程人才的培养过程中,应注重专业教育与人文素质教育相融合。人文素质教育在培养好工科学生的品德、思维能力和与人沟通、交流的能力等方面具有重要作用。现从学校管理、教师教学和学生学习三者相结合的角度对工科专业人文素质教育进行探讨。Engineering education plays an increasingly important role in Chinese higher education.We should attach importance to the integration of professional education and humanistic education in the process of cultivating engineering talents.The humanistic education is important in that it helps to promote the students＇ moral sense,thinking ability and communication ability.From the perspective of the school management,teachers＇ teaching and students＇ learning,we discuss the ways to improve the humanistic quality of the students majoring in engineering.
