摘　　要：在解读当前政府对社区疾病管理的政策、方针及采取措施的基础上,通过对目前国内存在的社区慢性疾病管理系统发展现状及存在问题分析,总结了此类管理系统所需的计算机技术。在此基础上,结合中医特色,提出并论证了建立基于中医的慢性疾病管理系统可行性和必要性,以及计算机的确定性和中医的模糊性在结合中存在的若干问题。分析表明,以社区为单位构建中医慢性疾病管理系统,最大程度地将社区诊疗协作网络这一其主要功能和中医特色相结合,充分发挥中医理论中整体观的优势。Collaborative network of community clinics is one of main functions of chronic disease management system. This paper elaborates the current government policies and guidelines on community disease management system, analyzes the development and problems of current community chronic disease management system and summarizes the computer technology needed by such system. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine /TCM） advantages, feasibilities and necessities of TCM-based chronic disease management system are clarified and the potential issues are analyzed in this paper. The whole analysis in this paper prove that the community-based TCM chronic disease management can give full play to the whole concept of TCM theory and at the same time it has a promising development in the future.
