摘　　要：医疗卫生领域信息系统种类繁多、数据库结构各异、信息标准不统一等,造成不同系统间信息交互困难。基于此,从异构系统概念出发,介绍了异构系统的异构特性,通过对系统集成架构的发展历史、企业应用系统集成方案的分类以及分布式集成技术等多个角度的分析,指出SOA的系统集成架构、Web服务企业应用系统集成方案以及Web Service的分布式集成技术是当前系统集成方向的热点问题。最后,讨论了利用WMB和WMQ技术实现这种以SOA为理念,以Web为技术的集成方案和利用该技术实现的成功案例。These varieties of different database, information standards have resulted in the difficulty of integrated data in medical information systems. This article introduces heterogeneous system characteristics, which currently in use exchanging data between heterogeneous systems. Established in multiple perspectives, analysis of the development of integrated system architecture, enterprise applications of system integration solutions classification and distributed integration technology, indicates Service Oriented Architecture （SOA） architecture, Web Service Enterprise Application System integration scheme and distributed technical research of integration are hot in the current issue of system integration research field. Finally discussed the technology WebSphere Message Broker（WMB） and Web-based for technical integration solutions realizing this to the concept of SOA, meanwhile discussed using this technology to achieve success cases.
