摘　　要：结合上海市长宁区中心医院信息系统数字认证技术应用案例的研究,分析了医院信息系统的现状及其在信息安全法律保障方面的问题。同时依据相关法律法规,给出医院信息系统数字认证技术应用案例的需求、系统架构及功能设计,提出了医院数字认证系统在医院信息系统中应用的解决方案,通过案例应用,得出数字认证系统在医院信息系统中的应用是可行的结论。With the study on digital authentication technology District Center Hospital, it analyses the problems of status application of information system of Shanghai Changning of hospital information system and legal assurance of information security. Meanwhile, according to related laws and regulations, it shows demands, system frame and function design for the case applying digital authentication technology of hospital information system, brings forward solutions of hospital digital authentication system to application of hospital information system, and comes out with a conclusion that digital authentication system is feasible in hospital information system through case application.
