摘　　要：汽车工业对其防护性组件螺旋弹簧有很高的要求， 介绍了目前生产螺旋弹簧的３ 种工艺， 其中在线感应加热形变调质处理工艺可满足产量要求并可保证低成本生产。Automobile industry has many requirements for spiral springs.The paper introduced three processes of production spiral spring at current.Among them,application thermomechanical quenching tempering process can not only meet the requirements but also cut down the cost.
