摘　　要：目的研究锁定加压钢板(LCP)对老年性肱骨近端骨折的治疗效果。方法对31例老年肱骨近端骨折患者采用LCP内固定及抗骨质疏松治疗,并观察患者的症状及功能改善情况。结果采用neer肩关节功能评分标准,全部31例患者功能改善良好,总优良率为87·1%。结论锁定加压钢板(LCP)技术是针对老年性肱骨近端骨折的有效治疗方法。Objective To study the effect of locking compression plate（LCP） with senile proximal humeral fracture.Methods 31 casese of senile proximal humeral fracture patients were treated with LCP and anti osteoporosis drugs,and observed the symptoms and functional improvement.Results All the patients had got satisfactory functional improvement according to the neer scoring standards,the good rate of the effect was 87.1%.Conclusion The LCP technology is a effective method to senile proximal humeral fracture.
