中和法制备高纯超细氧化铝

摘　　要：采用工业硫酸溶解工业氢氧化铝，再用氨水中和，经过络合除杂、洗涤、分散等工艺过程，试验研究获得了纯度达９９９９％。To dissolve aluminum hydrate by use of industrial sulfate acid,and to neutralize by aqueous ammonia,and then to be treated by complexing depuration,washing and diffusion processes.In laboratory,high-purity and ultra-fine alumina with a purity of 99 99% and grain size d 50 (in diameter)of 0 5μm was made.
