摘 要:评述了国外涂层导体的最新进展。 R A Bi T S和 I B A D 涂层导体的研制已向前迈出了极其重要的步伐, 典型的 R A Bi T S法 Y B C O 涂层导体短样在自场和 77 K 下的 Jc 高达 3×106 A/cm 2 ; 数米长的织构镍基带已成功地制备出来, 一些实验室已具备生产 30 m 长的织构金属基带, 甚至已安装可生产 50 m 长带材的设备。一种称为 “氟化钡( Ba F2 )”的新方法也正在一些实验室研究, 这种方法可与 R A Bi T S和 I B A D 两种工艺相媲美。由于事先沉积了前驱物的基带可以批量生产,因此, Ba F2 工艺完全可以在规模化生产中采用。最近, B S C C O 涂层导体也已制备出来, 在 42 K, 自场和 8 T 磁场中, Bi2212/ Ni涂层导体的 Jc已分别达 5×105 A/cm 2 和 15×105 A/cm 2 , 这些数据完全可与粉末装管( P I T)和镀银基带的 Bi2212 带材的最好结果相比。Recent wordwide progress in the second generation of high T c superconducting tapes—coated conductors is reviewed. In the past years, research scientists have made significant steps in YBCO coated conductor development using both the RABiTS and IBAD methods. Critical current densities ( J c)of up to 3×10 6 A/cm 2 in self field at 77 K has been achieved for representative short samples of YBCO coated conductor produced using RABiTS method. The textured nickel strips in several meter lengths have been succesfully produced. Some laboratories have already demonstrated the ability to produce the textured metal strips in 30 meter lengths, or installed a facility for conductor fabrication that will accomodate tapes as long as 50 meters. A novel method, termed the “barrium fluoride (BaF 2)”approach, that may be compatible with both the RABiTS and the IBAD processes are developed at some labs. It is said that the BaF 2 process is highly scalable since substrates on which the precursor has been deposited can be batch processed. Recently, BSCCO coated conductors have also been made. The BSCCO 2212/Ni coated conductors have reached J c values of 5×10 5 A/cm 2 at 4 2 K in self field, and 1 5×10 5 A/cm 2 at 8T. These figures compare favorably with the best results reported for Bi 2212 powder in tube(PIT) and coated silver substrate tapes.
