摘　　要：从自由主义和政府干预两个角度剖析新加坡政府构建现代市场经济体制的成功经验,并从中分析对进一步完善中国现代市场经济体制的启示意义。认为新加坡被公认为是现代市场经济体制构建比较成功的国家。新加坡政府积极干预经济发展,但是没有破坏经济发展所需要的自由市场体制,新加坡政府在自由市场和国家干预中间找到了很好的平衡点,使新加坡经济保持较强的全球竞争力。This paper analyzes the successful experiences of the Singaporean government in building a modern market economic system from the perspectives of liberalism and governmental interference,and draws some enlightenment for the improvement of China＇s modern market economic system.It＇s well-acknowledged that Singapore is a successful example in this respect.While the Singaporean government interferes in its economic development,it has never caused any disruption to the free market economy.In other words,the Singaporean government has struck a balance between free market and governmental interference and thus enabled its economy to maintain a strong global competitiveness.
