摘 要:以陆地棉(Gossypiumhirsutum L.)丰产品种中棉所35和优质品种渝棉1号杂交产生的F2群体为材料,利用SSR标记构建了包含46个连锁群和303个位点的连锁图谱.该图覆盖2 543.6 c M,约占四倍体棉花基因组的57.2%,标记间平均距离为8.4 c M.应用MQM作图法分析F2及其衍生群体家系的产量和纤维品质性状,共得到25个产量和23个纤维品质性状QTLs,其中1个QTL(qFS07-1)在3个环境下检测到,2个QTLs(qFS20-1和qFS21-1)在2个环境下检测到.在检测到的QTLs中,22个分布在A亚组,26个分布在D亚组.An F2 population from a cross between upland cotton high-yield cultivar CRI 35 and high-quality cultivar Yumian 1 was used to construct the linkage map with simple sequence repeat(SSR),and a linkage map containing 46 linkage groups and 303 SSR was constructed.The map covered 2 543.6 cM with an average distance of 8.4 cM between two markers and accounted for 57.2% of the whole tetraploid cotton genome.Multiple QTL mapping(MQM) was used to identify QTLs for yield and fiber quality traits in F2 and F2-derived populations,and 48 QTLs were identified.These included 25 QTLs for yield traits and 23 QTLs for fiber quality traits.One QTL(qFS07-1) was detected in three environments,and two(qFS20-1 and qFS21-1) were detected in two environments.Of the QTLs detected,22 were distributed on A genome and 26 on D genome.
