球孢白僵菌对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的毒力研究

摘　　要：测定了球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株在3.6×105~3.6×108个/mL共4个质量浓度下对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的毒力.结果表明：球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株对西花蓟马成虫和若虫具有较高毒力,成虫的最高死亡率达（87.21±5.50）%,若虫的最高死亡率达（93.13±3.40）%;成虫的致死中时间为（4.84±0.159）d,若虫的致死中时间为（5.00±0.18）d.随着施药时间的增加,成虫的致死中质量浓度为（1.719±0.075）×104个/mL,若虫的致死中质量浓度为（1.067±0.154）×105个/mL.The virulence of four different concentrations（3.6×105~3.6×108 spores/ml） of Beauveryia bassiana isolate MZ050724 against the adults and nymphs of F.ccidentalis（Pergande） was tested in laboratory.The results showed that MZ050724 had high pathogenicity to the adults and nymphs of F.ccidentalis.The mortality of the adults and the nymphs was 87.21±5.50% and 93.13±3.40%,respectively.The lethal time（LT50） was（4.84±0.159） d for the adults and（5.00±0.18） d for the nymphs.The lethal concentration（LC50） was（1.719±0.075）×104 spores/ml for the adults and（1.067±0.154）×105 spores/ml for the nymphs.
