摘　　要：目的探讨拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指指腹缺损的护理措施。方法对12例手指指腹缺损行拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复患者进行总结。结果 12例皮瓣均成活,未发生血管危象,皮瓣外形满意,皮肤有出汗并有良好的感觉,两点分辨感觉4~6mm。结论严密细致的观察和行之有效的护理措施可促进患者术后恢复,是患者皮瓣修复手术成功的重要保证。Objective To explore the nursing after free great toe fibular flap transplant to repair finger pulp defects.Methods 12 cases with finger pulp defect accepted the free great toe fibular flap were reviewed.Results All flaps survived and no vascular crisis occurred.The flap shaped well,and the skin sweated and the two point discrimination was 4-6 mm.Conclusion Close monitoring and appropriate is important after free great toe fibular flap transplant to repair finger pulp defects.
