文迪雅联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病82例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨文迪雅联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法对门诊及住院治疗的82例2型糖尿病患者给予文迪雅及盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,比较治疗前后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素(Ins)及C肽的变化情况。结果与治疗前比较,各项血糖指标均显著降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,且未发生严重不良反应。结论文迪雅联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效满意,可显著改善胰岛素抵抗,降低患者的血糖水平,值得临床推广。【Objective】 To explore the clinical effects of rosiglitazone maleate tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.【Methods】 82 cases who got Type 2 Diabetes were chosen in our hospital,gave rosiglitazone maleate tablets combined with and metformin hydrochloride tablets at the same time,and compare the changing circumstances of FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、Ins、C-peptide.【Results】 Compare with before treatment,various blood sugar Indicators were significantly decreased（P0.05）,there were significant differences in the two groups.【Conclusion】 There were satisfactory effects when use rosiglitazone maleate tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,it can significantly improved the insulin resistance and reduced the patient＇s blood sugar levels,worth to spread in clinical.
