摘　　要：对钢锭模车间和轧辊车间的特点进行了对比分析，　提出了将钢锭模车间改造为轧辊车间的设想，并对其投资情况和经济效益做了分析。After compared and analyzed the characteristics of the ingot mould foundry shop and roller foundry shop, it is suggested to modify an ingot mould shop and change it to a roller shop. The investment and economic benefit forecast were analyzed.
