摘 要:用RT-PCR和cDNA序列测定法分析5名正常中国人前列腺组织中前列腺分泌蛋白(PSP)mRNA的表达。结果表明,在这5名正常前列腺组织中均同时存在PSP94和PSP57cDNA,且基因序列与文献报道的从前列腺癌和增生前列腺组织中获得的完全一致。这可能对PSP进一步的基础研究和应用有一定的意义。Prostate secretory protein(PSP) in human seminal plasma is an androgen independent protein synthesized and secreted by the prostate. There are two types of mature PSP generated by alternative mRNA splicing: one is PSP94 containing 94 amino acids residues, the other is PSP57 containing 57 amino acids.It has been reported that expression of PSP94 and PSP57 mRNA is found in prostate carcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH), but PSP57 cDNA is not found in prostate tissue from normal adult. This paper analyzes the expression of PSP mRNA in prostate tissue from five normal Chinese by RT PCR and cDNA sequence determination. The results show that both PSP94 and PSP57 cDNA are found in prostate tissue from these five individuals. Furthermore, their gene sequences are consistent with the formerly reported sequences. Perhaps the finding is significant for further basic research and clinical applications of PSP.
