摘　　要：长期以来,对于我国医疗改革道德哲学层面上的研究并未引起学者普遍的重视。在研究过程中存在着照搬西方哲学资源、忽视中国本土化道德语境等诸多问题。分析中国医疗改革的本土化道德哲学的研究现状,认为该课题具有重要的研究意义,并提出一些相应的建议。For a long time, the research of Chinese health care reform in moral philosophy does not cause the scholars＇ wide spread attention. The study copies the resources of Western philosophy, ignores Chinese localization moral context and many other issues. This paper analyzes the present situation of research of localization moral philosophy of Chinese health care reform, puts forward the great significance of the study, and makes some recommendations accordingly.
