急性结核感染动物的心血管组织的光镜和电镜观察

摘　　要：为了探讨结核菌对心血管组织的感染情况及病理损害程度，采用 Ｈ３７ Ｒｖ 结核菌感染 Ｃ５７ Ｂ Ｌ／６ Ｎ 系小鼠和家兔，制成急性结核感染动物模型。组织用 Ｈ Ｅ、 Ｚ Ｎ、 Ｍ Ｃ Ｔ 和 Ｂ Ｃ Ｇ Ｓ Ｐ染色，超薄切片用醋酸铀和枸橼酸铅染色，光镜和电镜观察心血管组织的病理改变。结果显示：结核菌存在于心血管组织中。肌纤维、心包和血管同样存在着不同的病理损害。肌纤维和心包的损害重于血管，表明结核菌的毒素能够损害感染动物的组织，结核菌本身的过度繁殖也可能是损害感染组织的一个因素。The objective of this study was to observe the heart and vascular pathological lesions of some animals acutely infected with H 37 Rv tubercle bacilli. C 57 BL/6N mice and rabbits were used for the establishment of the models. Light sections were stained with HE, Z N, MCT and BCGS P. Ultrathin sections were stained with uranyl and lead citrate and examined by electron microscope. The results showed that tubercle bacilli were present in heart and vascular tissues. Myocardial fibre, pericardium and vascular tissues had various degrees of lesions. The lesions of myocardial fibre and pericardium were more serious than that of the vascular tissues. These findings suggest that the toxin of the tubercle bacilli can damage the tissues of the infected animals, and the excessive reproduction can be also a factor detrimental to the infected tissues.
