宫腔内注入无水乙醇治疗子宫异常出血60例分析

摘　　要：目的　利用无水乙醇对组织蛋白质的脱水凝固作用,将其注入宫腔,使子宫内膜皱缩、脱落,失去分泌功能,从而达到治疗子宫异常出血的目的。方法　局麻后宫腔内注入无水乙醇,保留30 分钟,观察疗效。结果　随访59 例,93-2 % (55/59) 出血停止,69-5 % (41/59) 恢复正常月经且规律,49-2 % (29/59) 月经量正常,42-5 %(25/59) 月经量较治疗前明显减少,2 例治疗后复发。副反应以局部短暂疼痛伴灼热感为主。结论　该方法操作简单,疗效确切,副反应小,不失为治疗子宫异常出血的一种新方法。Objective\ The injection of alcohol(100%)into uterine cavity can make the endometrium shrinking and dectduous,so losing the function of secretion,which is due to the capability of alcohol to make the protein dehydration and coagulation .The abnormal uterine bleeding can beso controlled by the injection.Methods\ Injecting alcohol into uterine cavity after local anesthesia,we observed the effect by retaining the alcohol in uterus for 30 minutes.Results\ Among the 59 cases followed up,93 2%(55/59)was controlled,69 5%(41/59)regained its normal menstrual cycle,49 2%(29/59)eumenorrhea and 42 5%(25/59)hypomenorrhea.Only 2 cases recurred.The main side effect was the sensation of local pain and burning.Conclusion\ This method can easily be carried out but with definite effect and few side effect.The injection of alcohol into uterine cavity can be a new method for the controlling of abnormal uterine bleeding.
