摘　　要：采用 ABC免疫组化技术观察到中国树鼠句垂体前叶内含有血管加压素 ( vasopressin,VP)免疫反应细胞。此种细胞成群或散在分布于免疫反应阴性细胞之间。多数细胞呈圆形或卵圆形 ,少数细胞有突起样结构。VP免疫反应产物散在分布于胞浆内。细胞核大而圆 ,多呈偏心位 ,无免疫反应着色。In this study the vasopressin (VP) immunoreactive cells were observed in the anterior pituitary gland of Chinese Tupaia Belangeri by using the ABC immunohistochemical technique. These VP immunoreactive cells are clustered or diffused among the immunoreactive negative cells. The majority of these cells show round and ovoid in shape. A few cells are exhibited process like profiles. The VP immunoreactive products are located in the cytoplasm. The nuclei of the VP immunoreactive cells are large, spherical, mostly eccentrically situated without immunoreactive staining. The origin of the VP immunoreactivities and the relation of these cells to the various cells of the anterior pituitary gland were discussed.
