脂蛋白酯酶、肝酯酶在兔胆囊结石中对血脂代谢的作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究脂蛋白酯酶、肝酸酶在兔胆囊结石中对血脂代谢的作用。方法 :采用日本杂交大耳兔 5 0只 ,随机分为对照组 ,1、 2、 3、 4周组为实验组 ,实验组饲以 1 2 %高胆固醇膳食诱发胆囊结石 ,测定各组脂蛋白酯酶、肝酯酶、血清脂质的动态变化 ,脂蛋白酯酶和肝酯酶采用比色法测定 ,血清脂质采用酶法测定。结果 :随着高胆固醇膳食进食时间延长 ,2周组、 3周组和 4周组分别有 4/10 ,6 /10和 7/10只动物出现胆囊结石 ;肝素化血清中脂蛋白酯酶和肝酯酶活性增加 ,以 3周组和 4周组升高明显 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;血清总胆固醇 ,甘油三酯 ,磷脂 ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇逐渐明显升高 (与在对照组比较P <0 0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及其亚组份有降低趋势 ,但与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :高胆固醇膳食后 ,脂蛋白酯酶和肝酯酶活性增强 ,致血脂代谢异常变化 。Objective:To investigate the changes of lipoprotein lipase,hepatic lipase and serum lipid metabolism during gallstone formation in rabbit model.Method:The formation of gallstone model in rabbits was induced by high cholesterol diet.The activites of lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase,serum.1 ipoprotein cholesterols were analysed of different phases of 1 week(1wk),2 weeks(2wk),3 weeks(3wk) and 4 weeks(4wk) groups,as well as a control group.Results:There were 4/10,6/10 and 7/10 nabbits showed cholesterol gallstone in 2wk,3wk,and 4wk groups respctively;the activities of lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase in naparin serum were increased significantly in comparison with the control group ( P <0 05),the serum concertrations of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),phospholipid (PL),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein chololeserol (VLDL-C) showed a significant increase incomparison with the control group ( P <0 05),of the high density lipoprotein cholesterol and its subfractions (HDL-C.HDL 2 and HDL 3-C) wese decreased slightly without significant differences in comparison with the control group ( P >0 05).Conclusion:With the intake of high cholesterol diet,the incerased activities of lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase may cause abnormal metabolisin of plasma lipoprotein possiby thas enhancing the chances of the formation gallstone.
