短疗程CsA治疗对移植动脉硬化的影响

摘　　要：在异品系大鼠 (SDtowistar)腹主动脉移植硬化模型上 ,设计DsA处理组 ,结果发现 ,短疗程CsA治疗剂量(CsA10mg·d-1× 10d ,ip)可有效抑制早期急性排斥反应的发生 ,但不影响后期TA进程 ,说明移植物动脉硬化不是简单地急性排斥反应的直接后果 。Rat aortic allografts following fraiplantation developed arteriosclerotic changes that were histologically similar to those observed in human chronic rejection following fransplantation of vascular allografts.We used cyclosporine in the rat aorta transplantation model between SD and Wistar to investigate the effect of immunosuppression of cyclospohne on posttransplant arteriosclerosis of vascula baograofs.The short-coarse freetment dose of CsA(10mg/kg·d -1 ×10d) significantly inhibited the develapment of acute rejection is the early stage of fransplantation of asrtio allcgrafts,suggesting that CsA might inhibit acute rejection,but was not effective in preventing late intimal lesions of aorta.These observations may sugsest the that complex immune mechanisms may be responsible for the development of transplant arteriosclerosis.
