摘　　要：农村妇女的土地承包经营权处于流失之中,并且其未能合理分享集体土地的收益,应明确农村集体经济组织的成员资格的判断标准,完善农村土地承包经营责任制的配套措施,以强化对农村妇女土地权益的保护。The right to land contractual management of rural woman has not been fully protected.We should strengthen protection of the rights of rural woman in farm land by confirming the criteria of membership of rural collective economic organizations and completing the relevant system.
