摘　　要：进入新世纪,在中国学术领域出现了一个新的研究方向:来自不同学科领域或社会相关部门的研究者,对不同层次和不同类别的公共政策进行性别分析,提出政策建议,以进一步推进性别公平公正。本文追溯了性别与公共政策的相遇,讨论了公共政策性别分析包含的内容、性别关系与政策过程的互动,提出了对性别与公共政策这一跨学科研究领域的几点思考。There is a new research direction in the academic field of China in recent ten years： many researchers,from different disciplines and relevant social departments,propose policy recommendations to further promote gender fair by means of gender analysis on public policies at different levels and in different types.This article traces the encounter of ＂gender ＂and ＂public policy＂,discuss the contents of gender analysis on public policy,and elaborates the interaction between gender relations and policy process,and expresses author＇s thoughts about gender and public policy studies as an interdisciplinary learning.
