人血清弓形虫循环抗原的检测及分析

摘　　要：目的　探索弓形虫感染的早期诊断方法。方法　用快速 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 检测６８７ 例人血清标本中的弓形虫循环抗原（ Ｔ Ｃ Ａ） ，同时设６０ 名正常献血员作为对照组。结果　６８７ 份人血清检测结果３ 份 Ｔ Ｃ Ａ 阳性，阳性率为０４４ ％ 。对照组 Ｔ Ｃ Ａ 全部阴性。结论　血清弓形虫 Ｔ Ｃ Ａ 检测是临床早期诊断弓形虫病的有效方法。Objective To explore an assay method for the early diagnosis of toxoplasma infection.Methods Serum samples collected from 687 human were detected for the presence of toxoplasma circulatory antigen by using fast ELISA.Results Toxoplasma circulatory antigen was detected in 3 samples.The control group was negative.Conclusion The investigation of circulatory antigen is useful in the early diagnosis of toxoplasma infection.
