摘　　要：战略联盟中的组织间学习是一个复杂的动态过程,有效地管理联盟,实现组织间学习已成为企业重要的战略资产。在动态环境下,将学习的变革过程和联盟演化过程相结合的理论研究可以指导管理者更有效地管理联盟。本文通过总结联盟演化过程和组织学习的相关文献,从动态视角分析在联盟生命周期的不同阶段的组织间学习特征。在对联盟中组织间学习界定的基础上,归纳企业在加入联盟后不同阶段的学习特点,为我国企业联盟管理研究提供借鉴。Organizational learning in strategic alliances is a dynamic process.The ability to manage alliance learning process has become an important strategic asset.Theoretical research on interactive dynamic learning and alliance development process in a complex environment may help managers to effectively manage alliances.From the volume of literatures on alliances evolutional process and organizational learning,this article suggested a dynamic perspective to analyze learning characteristics in the various stages of alliance development life cycle.Based on the definition of learning in alliances,we conclude the learning characteristics of each phase after entering in alliance to help build the confidence of the alliance partners in managing Chinese alliances.
