老年人肺炎80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年人肺炎的临床表现特点，采取更有效的治疗措施。方法：对８０ 例７０ 岁以上老年人肺炎作回顾性分析。结果：呼吸道症状和体征多，中毒症状不典型，肺外并发症多，大多伴有多脏器功能损害，感染病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、肠道杆菌为多； Ｘ 线胸片大多显示小叶性肺炎的特征。结论：该病早期有效的抗生素治疗，大多数患者预后良好。Objective:To study the clinical characters of pneumonia in aged patients and its method of treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis of pneumonia was made in 80 aged patients more than 70 years old.Results:Many aged patients suffered with respiratory symptoms,the toxic symptoms were atypical.In most of them,extra pulmonary complications and functional damages in multiple organs were seen.Staphylococcus aureus and enterobacter were the chief pathogens of infection,lobular pneumonia was seen in most of the cases in X ray film of chest.Conclusions:Antibiotic treatment is effective in early stage of the disease.The prognosis is good in most of the patients.
