摘  要:在换热器的管子胀接中,为便于预测液压胀接层间残余接触压力,将多孔管板结构简化为双筒模型,提出了一种能够有效确定当量外筒直径的方法。采用ANSYS有限元软件模拟液压胀接过程,所得数据回归后,得到当量外径计算公式。用实际参数比较了多孔管板模型与双筒模型的差异,结果表明所提出的双筒模型的理论公式其计算精度高,结构简单,也便于在工程中的实际应用。In order to conveniently predict the residual contact pressure resulted from the hydraulic expansion process and to simplify the porous tube models with binocular models,an effective method for determining the equivalent diameter has been proposed in the paper during the process of tube expansion for heat exchanger.And based on the results from numerical simulation used with ANSYS finite element software,a simple formula of the equivalent diameter has been gained.The difference between the porous tube sheet model and the binocular model has been compared with actual parameters and the results have been presented that the formula of suggested binocular model is precise and simple and easy to be applied to actual engineerings.
