摘  要:为促进我国钢铁工业节能减排工作的进行,通过和先进国家比较分析的方法对我国钢铁工业节能减排现状进行了研究,研究发现我国钢铁行业耗能总量约占总能耗的18%,吨钢综合能耗为629.93 kg标煤,重点企业能耗水平已接近先进国家水平,CO2排放总量为世界钢铁工业的51%。我国节能技术的开发应用有很大空间,建议提高电炉炼钢比例,推广CDQ、TRT等节能技术应用,加快开发清洁能源的冶金应用技术。In order to promote energy-saving and emission reduction for Chinese iron and steel industry,study was made to the status of Chinese iron and steel industry by using comparative analysis with the developed countries.Some conclusions can be summarized as follows.The energy consumption of iron and steel industry is about 18 % of overall energy consumption in China.Comprehensive energy consumption per ton steel is 629.93 kgce,and the energy consumption index of Chinese key enterprises is close to advanced countries.CO2 emission of Chinese iron and steel industry is 51 % of the world steel industry.There is a large space for the development and application of energy saving technologies.Research proposes that it is necessary to increase the proportion of EAF steelmaking and adopt CDQ,TRT and other technologies,so as to accelerate the development and application of clean energy technologies of metallurgical industry.
