摘 要:针对铁合金行业在铬粉矿冷压球团生产中存在的问题,进行了探索性研究。在实验室条件下,研究了新型含镁粘结剂对铬粉矿冷压球团常温、高温抗压强度影响,并采用电镜扫描分析了铬粉矿使用新型含镁粘结剂的固结机理。研究结果表明,含镁粘结剂的加入量为5%时,冷压球团的高温强度最高可达到425 N,可满足矿热炉正常冶炼需要;低熔点的钙化合物或钠化合物在铬粉矿颗粒之间能起到提高冷压球团强度的作用,不同级配的铬粉矿搭配使用较单一矿粉冷压球团的强度指标更好。Focused on some problems existed in cold briquet production with chrome ore fines,the effects of new type binder agent containing magnesium on the strength of cold briquet in room temperature and high temperature were studied in lab conditions.The consolidation mechanism of binder agent was also researched by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that in the condition of binder agent amount 5 % the highest high temperature strength of cold briquet can be up to 425 N,which can meet the requirement of furnace smelting.Calcium compounds and sodium compounds with low melting point can be formed in the area of chrome ore grain,which can improve the strength of cold briquet in room temperature and high temperature.In addition,mixed chrome ores with different grade can get much better strength of cold briquet than single chrome ores.
