摘　　要：为探讨肺切除术治疗耐多药肺结核的重要性，对３８ 例耐多药肺结核实施不同术式肺切除术，并进行抗结核治疗。所有病例痰菌均转阴，无支气管胸膜瘘、脓胸等并发症。结果表明肺切除术是治疗耐多药肺结核的重要方法。To evaluate the importance of pneumonectomy in multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, 38 patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were given both pneumonectomy of different types and antituberculosis chemotherapy. The sputum negative conversion was found in all of the cases without recurrence during 0.5～4 year follow up , and there were no bronchopleural fistula, emphysema or other complications. The result shows that pulmonary resection is an improtant way in treating patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis .
