摘 要:采用自制改进型电凝聚器处理模拟X-3B染料废水,考察了不同的电流强度、搅拌速率、倒极频率、进水pH、废水初始浓度浓度对染料色度去除率的影响,并对搅拌速率对絮体沉降率的影响也做了相关研究。在综合处理效果与经济因素下,该反应器处理染料废水最佳条件为:电流强度I=4 A,初始pH=7,C(NaCl)=2 g/L,搅拌速率80 r/min,倒极频率60 s/次,反应时间t=40 min。此时,色度去除率可达98.3%,絮体沉降率达80%。Stimulated dyeing wastewater was treated by improved electrocoagulation equipment.Effects of different electrolysis current intensity,stir speed,polarity transformation frequency,wastewater pH,initial concentration of the dye on the removal rate of colority were studied.Influence of stir speed on settling characteristics was also studied.Considering multiple effects and economic determinants,under the optimum conditions of the reactor such as electrolysis current intensity 4 A,wastewater pH 7,NaCl concentration 2 g/L,stir speed 80 r/min,polarity transformation frequency 60 s-1 and reaction time 40 min,the removal of colority was up to 98.3% and settling characteristics was up to 80%.
