摘　　要：对２３ 例胸、腹部疾病患者行３１ 次ＣＴ引导下穿刺，穿刺准确率１００％ ，诊断准确率８８－２ ％ ；１９ 例行病灶局部药物注射，无１ 例出现明显严重并发症。ＣＴ引导下胸、腹部穿刺技术是一种安全、准确、有效的诊断与治疗方法。CT guided needle punctures were made on 23 cases of thoracic and abdominal lesions. The puncture accuracy was 100%, and the diagnosis accuracy was 88.2%. 19 cases were injected into the precise position of lesions with medicine. The authors concluded that CT guided interventional technique is a safe, accurate and effective method for differential diagnosis and therapy of thoracic and abdominal lesions.
