摘 要:目的:采用新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)模型,探讨药物对HIE脑损伤的防治作用。方法:制作HIE模型,应用药物防治,取脑组织进行病理学检查及生化指标测定。结果:HIE组脑组织钙、MDA及水份含量明显高于假手术组,脑病理改变明显,且脑组织钙、MDA与水份含量呈显著正相关关系。两用药组各项生化指标均明显低于HIE组,防病理改变明显改善。结论:左手性硝基精氨酸与尼莫地平对新生大鼠HIE有明显的防治作用,可能与一氧化氮增多、钙超载密切相关。AIM: The neonatal rats model with hypoxic- ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) was set up to explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of drugs on brain damage of HIE, METHODS:For all rats, the brain tissus was removed for pathologic examination , and content of calcium, MDA and water were meased, RESULTS: Calcium, water, MDA in the brain tissue of HIE group were higher than that of the sham group (P < 0.01 ). In the HIE group, pathologic changes in the brian were obvious, and water content in the brain tissue was correlated strongly to brain tissue calcium , MDA content. All indexes of the treated groups were remarkedly lower than the HIE group, and pathologic changes in brain were improved .CONCLUSION: L - NNA and NM may prevent and treat the brain damage from HIE. The pathophsiologic process of HIE was closely related to increased calcium, and nitric oxide.
