手法正骨配合中药内服治疗颈腰综合征30例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服配合正骨手法治疗颈腰综合征的疗效。方法:30例用手法正骨及中药内服治疗。结果:治疗1个疗程后优16例,良12例,可2例,差0例,优良率93.33%。结论:手法正骨配合中药内服治疗颈腰综合征安全、有效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine Oral and bone-setting Manipulation for Combined cervical lumbar spondylosis.Methods：30 patients with CT or MRI and clinical diagnosis of Combined cervical lumbar spondylosis treat with Chinese traditional medicine Oral and bone-setting Manipulation.Results：After a course of treatment,the therapeutic results as following： excellent（n=16）,good（n=12）,so-so（2）and bad（n=0）,good effective rate of 93.33%.Conclusion：The chinese medicine Oral and bone-setting Manipulation treat for Combined cervical lumbar spondylosis safe、efficacious.
