养阴滋肺汤联合激素治疗放射性肺纤维化31例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴滋肺汤联合激素治疗放射性肺纤维化的临床疗效。方法:62例随机分为两组各31例,治疗组用养阴滋肺汤联合激素治疗,对照组单用激素治疗。结果:总体疗效、生活质量状况、CT及X线胸片疗效、激素撤减疗效及血清TGF-β改善治疗组均优于对照组,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:养阴滋肺汤联合激素治疗放射性肺纤维化疗效优于单用激素治疗,且可使激素用量减少,生活质量改善。Objective：observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Jiedu Decoction to radiation-induced pulmonary fbrosis that associate with hormone.Method：Divided the62 cases of patients which are diagnosed as RPF using randomized controlled method into treatment group（31 cases） and control group（31 cases）.The treatment group taked Yangyin Qingfei Jiedu Decoctionassociated with hormone while control group taked hormone.Compare the overall effect,quality of life,X-Ray,hormone withdrawal effects and serum TGF-βcontentoftreatment group with control group.Result：In terms of amelioration of the overall effect,Karnofsky score,X-Ray,hormone withdrawal effects and serum TGF-βcontent,treatment group is obviously better than control group.There was highly significant divercity between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Jiedu Decoction to radiation-induced pulmonary fbrosis that associate with hormone is better than hormone,and patients obtain better quality of life while take less dose of hormone.
