摘　　要：医疗服务是高风险、高技术服务,为健全医院补偿机制,采用专家咨询方法对1219种手术项目建立了医疗风险、医疗技术系数表,并计算求出含医疗风险、医疗技术的手术项目收费价格。Surgical operations, accomplishing adorable miracles in such a short time and creating outstanding social and economic benefits for so long terms, certainly and naturally contain all kinds of extremely hard and bitter struggle of surgical professionals in overcoming the high risks and technical difficulties. These have to be investigated, rather than being gradually neglected. In the present study, 1, 219 kinds of surgical operations' risk and technique difficulty scores and reference expenses were established through wide consultation carried out among a large number of technical experts. These research results, while very valuable for better understanding and improving of ruture work, are rational, reasonable, relatively reliable and equitable reference for reimbursement of hospitals and health professionals.
