摘　　要：宣钢技术中心结合宣铜铜后中间产品和成品的质量管理、标准管理以及工艺过程控制管理，推行职能管理部门的无边界合作，采用定专人、定方案、定考核、定总结、定学习的五定措施，围绕产品质量，实施质量监察工作。同时严格标准管理，推行工序标准化作业，以质量管理体系和卓越绩效管理模式为载体，提高全员质量意识和技能，在宣钢企业文化的基础上，贯彻卓越绩效管理思想，科学合理组织质量监察，打造宣钢特色质量精品。Combined with the product quality management, standard management and process control management, the technology center of Xuanhua Steel promotes cooperation between function departments. By taking measures such as deciding on appointed man, making plans, set up check-up systems, making summary and study for strengthen quality supervision. Strictly enforced standard management, pursued standard operation procedure, carried by quality management system and performance excellence model to improve the consciousness of the product quality and manipulative skills. On the basis of enterprise culture of Xuanhua Steel, performance excellence has been implemented, strengthen quality supervision and create Xuanhua Steel feature products.
