云南白药胶囊治疗挫伤性出血性眼病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨云南白药胶囊治疗挫伤性出血性眼病的疗效。方法:通过对37例挫伤性出血性眼病和31例对照组病例在止血治疗的同时应用云南白药胶囊治疗的情况进行对比分析。结果:治疗组在眼睑、结膜下出血和视网膜出血吸收时间较对照组有显著性差异(配对比较t检验,P<0.05),治疗组在前房出血吸收时间较对照组无显著性差异(配对比较t检验,P>0.05)。结论:云南白药胶囊在挫伤性眼病治疗中对出血的吸收具有促进作用和防止前房继发出血的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Yunnanbaiya0 capsule to hemorrhagic contusion eye disease. Methods：37 pateints as Yunnanbaiyao Capsule group and 31 as the control group with hemorrhagic contusion of eye disease were applied in hemostasis, the comparative analysis of the effeetion between them were done. Results： the absorption time of the treatment group in the eyelid subconjunctival hemorrhage and retinal hemorrhage was significantly different （paired comparison t test, P 〈0.05 ） of the control group, but treatment group has no significant difference （paired Comparison t test, P〉 0.05） of the control group about the anterior chamber hemorrhage absorption time. Conclusion： Yunnanbaiyao capsules in the treatment ofcoutusion of the eye disease can promote the absorption of bleeding and prevent of secondary bleeding of anterior chamber.
