摘　　要：目的:通过了解分析阴道炎患者用药不依从性原因,提出相应的对策以提高治疗有效率。方法:采用调查问卷的方式对我院妇科门诊2009年9月到2010年6月的阴道炎患者用药依从性进行调查,并分析收回问卷阴道炎患者用药不依从的原因。结果:共收回120份问卷,其中存在用药不依从性患者62例,占51.7%。分析出用药不依从性与出现不良反应(25.81%)、治疗方案复杂(22.58%)、疗效不如预期或病情出现缓解(20.97%)、经济原因(16.13%)、缺乏基本健康和医药知识(14.52%)几个方面有关,用药不依从的主要表现形式有自动停药者(38.71%)、多服或漏服者(29.03%)、随意换药者(19.35%)、服药时间错误者(12.90%)。结论:分析阴道炎患者不依从性原因给予针对性的治疗能更大大提高临床有效率。Objective：To understand the analysis of vaginitis medication non-compliance of the reasons put forward improve the treaUnent efficiency.Methods：A questionnaire approach in our hospital gynecology clinic in September 2009 to June 2010 of vaginitis medication compliance of patients to investigate and analyze the questionnaires vaginitis medication non-compliance reasons.Resnits：A total of 120 questionnaires hack,of which there is medication non-compliance of the 62 patients,accounting for 51.7%.Analysis of non-compliance with the drug adverse reaction（25.81%）,treatment complex（22.58%）,efficacy or illness occurred as expected remission（20.97%）,economic reasons（16.13%）,laek of basic health and medical knowledge（14.52 %）,several aspects related to medication non-compliance of the main forms of automatic withdrawal by（38.71%）,multi-service or drain service persons（29.03%）,casual dressing persons（19.35%）,medicafion errors by the time（12.90%）.Conelusion：The analysis of the reasons for vaginitis patients given non-compliance of targeted therapy will greatly improve the clinical efficiency.
