综合保温对异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者体温的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察综合保温对异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者体温的影响。方法:将80例异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者随机分成综合保温组(观察组)和普通保温组(对照组)各40例。普通保温组的保温方法是:室温保持在(22～25)℃,另加体表覆盖棉被的一般方法;综合保温组的保温方法是:室温保持在(22～25)℃,另加液体、血液及冲洗液加温到37℃,变温水毯、加盖加温棉被的保温方法。观察两组患者手术开始时、手术开始后30min、60min、90min及手术完毕时各时间点体温的变化。结果:对照组在手术开始时、30min、60min、90min及手术完毕时各时间点体温显著下降(p<0.05)。而综合保温组在术前术中术毕各时间点均无显著下降,且各时间点均有显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者术中采用综合保温干预措施,有效预防术中低体温发生,有利于患者术后康复。Obejeetive：To probe into the influence of intraoperative comprehensive warming on gynecologic patients temperature of heterotopic pregnancy.Methods：80 patients undergoing heterotopic pregnancy with gynecologic were equally divided into a control group and a comprehensive warming group at random. The two groups were noted patients temperature respectively in before surgery, 30min,60min,90min and at the end of surgery.Results：The patients temperature in control group was significantly lower before surgery, 30min,60min,90min and at the end of surgery（p〈0.05）, but the patients temperature comprehensive warming group was not significantly dropped and were significant were compared with control group at many other time points（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：To take intervention measures of comprehensive warming in gynecologic operation ofheterotopic pregnancy could effectively prevent lower temperature and facilitate their postoperative recovery.
