围手术期全程早期护理干预对预防老年肿瘤手术患者深静脉血栓的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年肿瘤患者围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)有效护理措施,制订流程化护理模式。方法:通过对205例老年肿瘤手术患者采取手术前护士进行康复指导,患者主动训练,手术中患者穿抗血栓袜并进行气压式血液循环驱动仪被动训练,手术后采取患者主动训练与气压式血液循环驱动仪辅助被动训练相结合等预见性护理措施,预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生。结果:205例老年肿瘤手术患者,通过积极预防和护理,下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率为2.92%,大大低于文献报道的10%～20%的发生率。结论:对老年肿瘤手术患者围手术期全程早期积极干预,可降低DVT的发生率。Objective：To investigate the effective nursing measure to prevent lower limbs DVT for the old perioperative cancer patients. Methods：205 cases of old cancer surgical patients was eddeated about the rehabilitation by nurses ,and trained to use the blood circulation drive machine by air presure.ln the operation the cases put on the socks to antithrombus,and use blood airculation drive machine by air pressure passively. In postoperative period the cases exercise to combine the training actively and the blood circulation drive machine by air pressure,assistant to prevent the department of lower limbs DVT.Results：Through the prophylaxis and nursing care,the incidence rate of lower limbs DVT of the 205 old surgical cancer patients is 2.92%.Which is significantly lower than the incidence tate of 10%-20%,that anticles report.And the patients feel well.Conclusion： Intervention early in the whole peripterative period for the old surgical cancer patient can reduce the incidence of DVT.
