摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿IgG亚型抗体测定对新生儿ABO溶血病高胆红素血症的预测作用。方法:选择该院2009年2月-2010年7月187例A型或B型血清学检验结果阳性的新生儿,回顾性分析其IgG亚型抗体测定情况,统计不同测定结果时新生儿ABO溶血病、高胆红素血症的发生情况。结果:新生儿红细胞结合IgG亚型抗体越多,新生儿ABO溶血病发病率越高,高胆红素血症的发病越早;本组共47例发病,发病组患儿及其母亲的血清IgG1、IgG3、IgG4的含量均明显高于正常组。结论:新生儿IgG亚型抗体测定对新生儿ABO溶血病高胆红素血症具有临床预测作用,值得临床关注。Objective: To explore the effect of IgG antibody subtype detection on prediction of ABO hetnoiytic disease and hyperbilirubinemia in neonates. Methods: 187 neonates of type A or type B with positive serological test results were selected from the hospital from February 2009 to July 2010, the detection situations of IgG antibody subtype were analyzed retrospectively, the incidences of ABO hemolytic disease and hyperbilirubinemia were analyzed statistically based on different test results. Results: The more the erythrocytes binding to IgG antibody subtype were, the higher the incidence of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease was, and the earlier the onset of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was; 47 neonates were found with the disease, and the contents of IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4 in the maternal serum were significantly higher than those in normal group. Conclusion: IgG antibody subtype detection has a clinical predictive effect for ABO hemolytic disease and byperbilirubinemia among neonates, which needs clinical attention.
