摘　　要：产品试验过程中出现星轮不转的故障,经过拆卸星轮驱动装置,发现旋转盘轴断裂,具体位置为星轮马达与旋转盘联接处。通过力学分析与有限元分析对掘进机铲板旋转盘失效形式进行了研究并进行了优化设计。The operation of gathering arm stopped during the production test.When checking the driving device,found that the shaft of rotation plate connecting motor had been broken.The fault of rotation plate has been studied through the mechanical analysis and the finite element analysis,and was used opptimization design.
