摘　　要：分析车床床身导轨表面淬火后变形产生的原因,采取变形补偿等工艺措施,减小了床身导轨淬火后的变形量。The deformation factors of lathe body and guide rail after quenching lathe guide rail were analysed.The deformation of the lathe body and guide rail was dereased by adopting of the technology method of the compensation,etc..
