带式输送机动态监测虚拟仪器的设计与实现

摘　　要：通过对系统功能和模型分析,设计动态监测系统方案,基于LabVIEW设计带式输送机动态监测虚拟仪器。以带式输送机纠偏监测为例,实时采集、处理带式输送机动态监测信号,显示并发出指令。带式输送机控制装置收到相应指令后,通过调节带式输送机控制机构以实现纠偏。Through the analysis of system functions and model,dynamic monitoring system is designed.Based on LabVIEW,dynamic monitoring virtual instrument of belt conveyor is designed.As an example of belt conveyor,conveyor belt dynamic monitoring signal is real-time collected and processed,display and command is given.Belt conveyor correcting device receives corrective instruction,adjusts the belt conveyor control mechanism,and then deviation is eliminated.
